Refund Policy

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and/or in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us via WhatsApp or email. We usually respond to return enquiries within 1-2 working days. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

If any item in your order is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Depending on the case, we may be able to offer an exchange, a partial or full refund.

If the defective item is a reading pen or aid, we will always offer to inspect and attempt to troubleshoot or fix any technical issues, either over the phone or by having the item returned to us. If we request that you return the item for inspection, you will not be charged any extra delivery fee.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and will process your refund automatically via your original payment method. Please remember it may take up to 7 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
